how to replace defrost heater in kenmore refrigerator

I’m having trouble replacing the defrost heater in my Kenmore refrigerator. I’ve looked up the instructions online, but I’m still having trouble understanding how to do it. I’m not sure if I’m missing a step or if I’m not doing something correctly. Does anyone have any advice on how to replace the defrost heater in a Kenmore refrigerator? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

  1. I remember the day I had to replace the defrost heater in my Kenmore refrigerator like it was yesterday. I had never done this before and I was nervous, but I knew I had to try. I started by unplugging the refrigerator and removing the back panel. Then, I had to locate the defrost heater and remove it. I had to be careful not to damage any of the wires. After that, I had to install the new heater and make sure it was properly connected. Finally, I had to put the back panel back in place and plug the refrigerator back in. It was a lot of work, but it was worth it in the end. I felt so proud of myself for completing the task and I was glad I didn’t have to pay someone else to do it. It was a great feeling of accomplishment.
