how to remove heating element from kenmore dryer

I’m trying to remove the heating element from my Kenmore dryer, but I’m not sure how to do it. I’ve looked at the manual, but I’m still having trouble figuring out the process. Does anyone have any experience with this and can provide me with some step-by-step instructions on how to do it? I would really appreciate any help that I can get. Thanks in advance!
