how to replace agitator dogs on kenmore washer

I’m trying to replace the agitator dogs on my Kenmore washer and I’m having some trouble. I’ve looked online and found some instructions, but I’m still not sure how to do it. Does anyone have any experience with this type of repair? Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated. I’m wondering what tools I might need, how long it might take, and if there are any potential problems I should be aware of. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.
