how to fix kenmore elite washer

I have a Kenmore Elite washer that has stopped working. I’ve tried troubleshooting it myself, but I’m not sure what the problem is. I’ve checked the water and power connections and they seem to be working fine. I’ve also checked the drain hose and it appears to be clear. I’m not sure what else to do and I’m hoping someone can help me out. Does anyone have any advice on how to fix my Kenmore Elite washer?
