I’m having trouble changing the belt on my GE dryer. I’ve looked up instructions online and watched a few videos, but I’m still having difficulty. I’m wondering if anyone has experience with this and can offer some advice on how to go about it. I’m not sure if I’m missing a step or if I’m doing something wrong. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

1. Unplug the dryer and move it away from the wall.
2. Remove the front panel of the dryer.
3. Remove the drum and inspect the belt for wear.
4. Remove the old belt and replace it with the new one.
5. Reinstall the drum and front panel.
6. Plug in the dryer and move it back into place.
