how to remove an ice maker from a ge refrigerator

I’m having trouble removing an ice maker from my GE refrigerator. I’ve tried to follow the instructions but I’m still having trouble. Does anyone have any advice on how to do this? I’d really appreciate any help I can get. I’m not sure what to do next and I’m hoping someone here can provide some guidance. I’m not very handy with tools, so I’m hoping there’s an easier way to do this. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
