what would make an electrolux refrigerator have a working freezer & warm refigerator

I have an Electrolux refrigerator and it is not working properly. The freezer is working, but the refrigerator is warm. I am wondering what could be causing this issue. I have checked the temperature settings and they are set correctly. I have also checked the door seals and they seem to be in good condition. I am not sure what else to do to get the refrigerator to work properly. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
