why is my electrolux dryer not spinning

I have an Electrolux dryer that is not spinning. I have checked the power cord and it is plugged in correctly. I have also checked the lint filter and it is clean. I have also checked the drive belt and it is in good condition. I have tried to reset the dryer but that hasn’t worked either. I am at a loss as to why my dryer is not spinning. Does anyone have any ideas as to what might be causing this issue? Any help is greatly appreciated.
