why did all the lights go out on my electrolux wave touch refrigerator

I recently had an issue with my Electrolux Wave Touch refrigerator and all the lights went out. I’m not sure what caused this to happen and I’m hoping to get some help from the forum. I’ve checked all the connections and outlets, but nothing seems to be the issue. I’m really not sure what to do next and would really appreciate any advice or suggestions anyone might have. I’m hoping to get a better understanding of what could be causing this issue and what I can do to fix it. Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.
