I have a Hotpoint dishwasher and I’m having trouble finding the filter. I’ve looked in all the usual places but I’m still having trouble locating it. I’ve searched the user manual but I’m still not sure where it is. Can anyone help me out and tell me where the filter is located? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I was in the middle of washing dishes when I realized my hotpoint dishwasher was not working properly. I knew something was wrong, but I had no idea what it was. I looked all around the dishwasher, but I couldn’t find the filter. I was so frustrated and confused. I had no idea where it could be.
I started to take the dishwasher apart, piece by piece, but I still couldn’t find the filter. I was getting more and more frustrated by the minute. I was about to give up when I noticed a small panel on the back of the dishwasher. I opened it up and there it was – the filter! I was so relieved.
I put the filter back in and the dishwasher started working again. I was so relieved that I had finally found the filter. I guess I had just overlooked it before. Now I know exactly where to find it if I ever need to replace it again.
