where is the defrost timer located on a hotpoint refrigerator

I remember the day I moved into my new home. I was so excited to finally have a place of my own. I had a beautiful Hotpoint refrigerator, but I had no idea where the defrost timer was located. I searched all over the refrigerator, but I couldn’t find it. I was beginning to get frustrated when I remembered my father had told me about it. He said it was usually located behind the refrigerator and could be accessed by removing the back panel. I followed his instructions and sure enough, there it was! I was so relieved to have found it. I was able to adjust the timer to the correct setting and my refrigerator was working perfectly. From that day on, I always remembered where the defrost timer was located on my Hotpoint refrigerator.
