I recently bought a Hotpoint washing machine and I’m having trouble locating the brushes. I’ve looked everywhere but I can’t seem to find them. Does anyone know where they are located? I’m hoping someone can help me out here. I’m not very familiar with this type of washing machine so any advice would be much appreciated. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I was so excited to finally get a new washing machine. I had been saving up for months and was so relieved to finally have it in my home. But when I went to use it, I couldn’t find the brushes. I searched everywhere, but they were nowhere to be found.
I was so frustrated, I had no idea what to do. I decided to call the manufacturer, Hotpoint, to see if they could help. After a few minutes on the phone, they told me that the brushes are located behind the kickplate at the bottom of the machine. I was so relieved to finally find them.
I was so impressed with the customer service from Hotpoint. They were so helpful and understanding, and I was so grateful for their assistance. I am now able to use my washing machine with ease and I am so happy to have it in my home.
