range door won’t lock on electrolux ew3ldf65gsb when self cleaning

I’m having an issue with my Electrolux EW3LDF65GSB range door not locking when I’m self-cleaning. I’ve tried to troubleshoot the issue by checking the latch and making sure it’s properly aligned, but it still won’t lock. I’m wondering if anyone else has had this issue and if so, what did you do to fix it? Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
