miele dishwasher f78 how to fix

I have a Miele dishwasher, model F78, and it’s not working properly. The dishes are coming out still wet, and the cycle isn’t completing. I’ve tried running the cycle again, but it doesn’t seem to be making a difference. I’m wondering if anyone has any advice on how to fix this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
