how to unlock ge dishwasher controls

I recently purchased a GE dishwasher and I’m having trouble unlocking its controls. I’ve read the manual and tried all the suggested steps, but I’m still having trouble. I’m wondering if anyone has any advice on how to unlock the controls. I’m not sure what else I can do and I’m hoping someone can help me out. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

  1. To unlock the controls on a GE dishwasher, press and hold the Start/Reset button for 3-5 seconds. The controls should then be unlocked and ready to use.
