I’m having trouble unlocking the controls on my GE Profile dishwasher. I’ve tried pressing and holding the start button, but nothing happens. I’m not sure what else to do. Has anyone else had this issue? If so, what did you do to unlock the controls? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

To unlock the controls on a GE Profile dishwasher, press and hold the Start/Reset button for 3 seconds. The control panel will beep and the lock symbol will turn off.
