how to troubleshoot a electrolux refrigerator

I recently purchased an Electrolux refrigerator and I am having difficulty troubleshooting it. I am not sure what the problem is and I am looking for some advice on how to troubleshoot it. I have checked the power supply and it is working correctly. I have also checked the temperature settings and they are set correctly. I am not sure what else I can do to troubleshoot the issue. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
