I remember the first time I had to start a KitchenAid dishwasher. I was a little intimidated at first, but I quickly realized it was not as difficult as I had anticipated. I opened the door and loaded the dishes, making sure to place the heavier items on the bottom rack and the lighter items on the top. Then, I filled the detergent dispenser and closed the door. I pressed the power button and the dishwasher hummed to life. I chose the cycle I wanted and adjusted the temperature setting. I pressed the start button and the dishwasher began to hum and vibrate as it filled with water. I was relieved that I had successfully started the dishwasher and went on with my day. Now, I can start a KitchenAid dishwasher with ease, but I still remember the feeling of accomplishment I had when I completed my first one.
