how to self clean a ge oven

I recently purchased a GE oven and I’m trying to figure out how to self clean it. I’ve read the manual, but it doesn’t seem to be very clear on the process. I’m wondering if anyone has experience with this type of oven and can explain the steps to me in detail. I’d really appreciate any advice or guidance that anyone can offer. Thanks in advance!

  1. 1. Start by removing all racks, pans, and other items from the oven.
    2. Wipe down the interior of the oven with a damp cloth to remove any surface dirt or debris.
    3. Set the oven to the self-cleaning cycle, which is typically found in the oven’s settings.
    4. Allow the oven to heat up to its maximum temperature and run for the designated amount of time.
    5. Once the cycle is complete, use a damp cloth to wipe away any remaining residue.
    6. Replace the racks and pans and your oven is now clean.
