I’m having trouble running diagnostics on my Hotpoint washing machine. I’ve tried to look online for instructions, but I’m still having trouble understanding what I’m supposed to do. Does anyone have any experience with this machine or know how to run diagnostics? Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.

I recently had to run diagnostics on my Hotpoint washing machine. It was a daunting task, but I was determined to figure it out. I started by consulting the user manual, which gave me some basic instructions. I then located the diagnostic mode switch and flipped it to the “on” position. I waited a few moments as the machine ran through its diagnostic process. After a few minutes, the machine displayed an error code. I consulted the user manual again and was able to determine what the error code meant. I then followed the instructions in the manual to reset the machine. After a few more minutes, the machine was back up and running. I was relieved to have successfully run the diagnostics and solved the problem. It was a great feeling of accomplishment. I’m glad I was able to figure it out on my own, and I’m sure I’ll be able to do it again if I ever need to.
