how to run diagnostic on electrolux french door refrigerator

I have an Electrolux French Door Refrigerator and I’m having trouble running a diagnostic. I’m not sure what I’m supposed to do and I’m hoping someone can help me out. I’ve looked up the model number and have found instructions on how to run the diagnostic, but I’m still having trouble. Does anyone have any experience with this type of refrigerator and can help me out with running a diagnostic? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

  1. Hi there!

Thanks for asking this question about running a diagnostic on an Electrolux French Door refrigerator. I’m an expert on refrigerators, so I’m happy to help you out.

First, you’ll want to make sure that the refrigerator is plugged in and that it is receiving power. If it is plugged in, but the power light is not on, you may need to check the breaker box and reset the circuit breaker. If the power light is on, you can move on to the next step.

Next, you’ll want to locate the diagnostic panel on the back of the refrigerator. This panel will have a series of buttons that you can press in order to run a diagnostic. Depending on the model of your Electrolux refrigerator, you may need to press a specific combination of buttons in order to activate the diagnostic. Once you have activated the diagnostic, the refrigerator will display a series of codes that will tell you what the issue is.
