I’m having trouble with my Hotpoint HTWP 1400F 2WW washing machine. It’s not spinning and I’m not sure how to reset it. I’ve tried unplugging it and plugging it back in, but that hasn’t worked. I’ve also tried pushing the reset button, but that hasn’t worked either. Does anyone have any advice on how I can reset my washing machine? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I then looked up online how to reset it. I found the instructions and followed them step by step. First, I unplugged the machine and waited 30 seconds. Then I plugged it back in and held down the start button for 3 seconds. I waited another 30 seconds and then pressed the start button again. The machine started spinning again and I was so relieved. I had saved myself a costly repair bill and was able to get my laundry done. I was so thankful for the online instructions that allowed me to reset my washing machine.
