how to reset ge washer front load

I have a GE front load washer and I’m having trouble resetting it. I’ve tried the manual, but it’s not helping. I’m wondering if anyone has any tips or advice on how to reset the washer? I would really appreciate any help that I can get. I’m not sure what else to do and I’m starting to get frustrated. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

  1. To reset a GE front-load washer, unplug it from the wall outlet and leave it unplugged for one minute. Then plug it back in and press the power button to turn it back on.
