how to reset ge profile refrigerator

I recently purchased a GE Profile Refrigerator and I’m having trouble resetting it. I’ve tried following the instructions in the manual, but I’m still having trouble. I’m wondering if anyone has any experience with this type of refrigerator and can give me advice on how to reset it? I would really appreciate any help that I can get.
