I recently purchased a GE Profile Refrigerator and I am having trouble resetting the control panel. I have tried to reset it multiple times, but I am still having trouble. I am not sure if I am doing something wrong or if there is something else that I need to do. I am hoping someone can help me out and explain what I need to do in order to reset the control panel. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

To reset the control panel on a GE Profile refrigerator, first unplug the refrigerator from the power source. Wait at least five minutes before plugging the refrigerator back in. Press and hold the “Reset” button on the control panel for three seconds. The control panel should reset and the display should return to normal.
