I am having trouble resetting my GE front load washer. I have tried all of the instructions in the user manual, but nothing seems to work. I have tried unplugging the washer and plugging it back in, but that did not help either. Is there any other way I can reset my washer? I really need help with this issue as I am unable to use my washer until it is reset. Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

1. Unplug the washer and wait for five minutes.
2. Press and hold the “Start/Pause” and “Option” buttons simultaneously for three seconds.
3. Turn the cycle selector knob to the “Reset” position.
4. Plug the washer back in.
