how to reset filter on kitchenaid refrigerator

I have a KitchenAid refrigerator and I’m having trouble resetting the filter. I’ve looked online and followed the instructions but it still isn’t working. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong or if I’m missing a step. Can anyone help me figure out how to reset the filter on my KitchenAid refrigerator? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
