how to reset filter on ge microwave

I’m having trouble resetting the filter on my GE microwave. I’ve looked up instructions online, but I’m still having difficulty. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong. Does anyone have any advice on how to reset the filter on a GE microwave? I would really appreciate any help or advice that anyone can offer. Thank you in advance.
