how to reset electrolux dryer edp2074pdw

I recently purchased an Electrolux dryer, model EDP2074PDW, and I’m having trouble resetting it. I’ve tried unplugging it and plugging it back in, but that didn’t work. I’ve also looked online for instructions, but I’m still having trouble. Does anyone have any advice on how to reset this dryer? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

  1. Hi there,

Thanks for your question about resetting your Electrolux dryer. I’m glad to help you out with this issue.

The first step in resetting your dryer is to unplug it from the wall outlet. This will ensure that the dryer is completely disconnected from the power source. After that, you’ll need to open up the dryer’s control panel. This will give you access to the reset button. Once you’ve located the reset button, you’ll need to press and hold it for at least 10 seconds. This will reset the dryer and should get it working again.

If this doesn’t work, then you may need to check the circuit breaker. If the circuit breaker has been tripped, then you’ll need to reset it. To do this, you’ll need to locate the circuit breaker box and switch the breaker off, then back on again. This should reset the circuit and allow the dryer to work again
