how to replace ge dryer belt

I’m having trouble replacing my GE dryer belt. I’ve looked online and watched some videos, but I’m still having trouble figuring out how to do it. I’m hoping someone can help me out and explain the process step-by-step. I’m not sure what tools I need, or if there are any special instructions that I need to follow. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

  1. 1. Unplug the dryer and remove the back panel.
    2. Remove the drum and inspect the pulleys and belt for wear and tear.
    3. Slide the new belt around the drum and over the pulleys.
    4. Reinstall the drum and back panel, and plug the dryer back in.
