how to remove kitchenaid oven door

I recently purchased a Kitchenaid oven and I am having difficulty removing the door. I have tried to search online for instructions but have been unable to find any. I have tried to remove the door by myself but it is proving to be difficult. I am wondering if anyone has any tips or advice on how to remove the door safely and efficiently? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
