how to remove kitchenaid dishwasher filter

I’m having trouble figuring out how to remove the filter from my KitchenAid dishwasher. I’ve looked through the manual and searched online, but I’m still confused. Does anyone have any advice on how to remove the filter? I’d really appreciate any help that I can get.

  1. I remember the first time I had to remove the filter from my KitchenAid dishwasher. I was so nervous, I had no idea what I was doing. I had to take a deep breath and remember that I could do it. I started by opening the dishwasher door and looking for the filter. I found it at the bottom of the dishwasher, and it was covered in food particles and other debris. I took a deep breath and slowly unscrewed the filter from the bottom of the dishwasher. I then used a vacuum cleaner to suck out all the debris and food particles from the filter. After that, I used a damp cloth to wipe down the filter and then I put it back in the dishwasher. I was so relieved that I had done it all by myself! I was so proud of myself for being able to do something that I had never done before. From then on, I was able to remove and clean the filter from my KitchenAid dishwasher with
