how to remove an electrolux oven and microwave from the builtin cabinet

I have a built-in cabinet in my kitchen that currently has an Electrolux oven and microwave installed. I am wanting to remove them both, but I’m not sure how to go about doing it. I’m hoping someone can help me out and explain the process step-by-step. I’m also wondering if I should be taking any safety precautions before I start. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
