I’m having trouble removing the agitator from my KitchenAid washing machine, model KAW5750JQ3. I’ve tried to pull it straight up, but it won’t budge. I’ve looked online for instructions, but haven’t been able to find any. Does anyone have any advice on how I can remove the agitator? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I remember the day I bought my KitchenAid washing machine, Kaw5750jq3. I was so excited to finally have a reliable machine that would last me for years. Little did I know that I would soon be faced with the challenge of removing the agitator.
I started by researching the best way to remove the agitator from my machine. I found out that I had to first unplug the machine from the wall and then use a flathead screwdriver to remove the retaining clip. After that, I had to remove the outer tub and the agitator.
Once I had the agitator out, I was able to inspect it for any signs of wear and tear. I was relieved to find that the agitator was in perfect condition and that I didn’t have to replace it.
Finally, I was able to put the agitator back in its place. I made sure to secure the retaining clip
