how to put rinse aid in kitchenaid dishwasher

I recently purchased a Kitchenaid dishwasher and am having trouble figuring out how to put rinse aid in it. I’ve read the manual, but it doesn’t seem to provide a clear answer. Does anyone have any advice on how to do this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  1. I remember the first time I had to put rinse aid in my KitchenAid dishwasher. I was so nervous! I had no idea what I was doing. I read the instructions carefully, but I was still apprehensive. I double-checked the instructions to make sure I was doing it right. I opened the dishwasher door and located the rinse aid compartment. I unscrewed the cap and poured the rinse aid in, making sure not to overfill it. I screwed the cap back on and closed the door. I set the dishwasher to the appropriate cycle and pressed start. I was relieved to see the cycle start and the rinse aid begin to work its magic. I’ve been using rinse aid in my dishwasher ever since, and it has made a huge difference in the cleanliness of my dishes. I’m so glad I took the time to learn how to do this properly.
