I’m having trouble putting a belt on my Hotpoint dryer. I’ve looked up instructions online, but I’m still not sure how to do it. Does anyone have experience with this type of dryer and know how to put the belt on? I’d really appreciate any advice or tips. Thanks in advance!

I remember the first time I had to put a belt on a Hotpoint dryer. I was a little intimidated at first, but I soon realized that it wasn’t as hard as I thought. I started by unplugging the dryer and removing the back panel. Then I located the drum and the belt that was connected to it. I had to be careful not to let the belt slip off the drum while I worked. Once I had the belt off, I placed the new belt around the drum and made sure it was snug. Then I reattached the back panel and plugged the dryer back in. The last step was to turn the dryer on and make sure the belt was spinning properly. After a few minutes of testing, I was relieved to see that the belt was working correctly. I was proud of myself for figuring out how to put a belt on a Hotpoint dryer.
