how to increase water level in kitchenaid washing machine

I have a Kitchenaid washing machine and I’m having trouble with the water level. It seems to be too low and I’m not sure what to do. I’ve tried adjusting the settings but it hasn’t made a difference. I’ve read up on the issue and it seems like there could be a few different causes. I’m wondering if anyone has any advice on how to increase the water level in my washing machine? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
