how to get electrolux oven racks clean

I have an Electrolux oven and I am having difficulty getting the racks clean. I have tried scrubbing them with a scouring pad and dish soap, but that doesn’t seem to be working. I have also tried using a commercial oven cleaner, but that doesn’t seem to be helping either. Does anyone have any tips or tricks on how to get my oven racks clean? Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
