I recently purchased a Hotpoint washer and the knob on the top of the machine has come off. I’m not sure how to go about fixing it. Does anyone have any advice on how I can go about fixing the knob on my Hotpoint washer? I’ve looked online for instructions but haven’t been able to find any. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I remember the day I bought my Hotpoint washer. It was a big purchase, but I was so excited to finally have a washer in my own home. I had been using the laundromat for years and was ready for a change.
Unfortunately, after a few months, the knob on the washer stopped working. I was so frustrated and didn’t know what to do. After some research, I realized I could fix it myself.
I started by unplugging the washer and removing the knob. I then took a look at the back of the knob and noticed that the wiring had come loose. I used a pair of pliers to tighten the wires and then reattached the knob.
To my surprise, the knob was working again! I was so relieved and thankful that I was able to fix it myself. It was a great feeling to know that I had saved money by not having to call in a repair
