how to fix a broken timer on a kitchenaid washer with out having to buy anew part for it

I have a KitchenAid washer with a broken timer. I’m trying to figure out how to fix it without having to buy a new part. I’m not sure how to go about this, so I’m hoping someone here can help me out. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can repair the timer without having to buy a new one? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

  1. I had a broken timer on my kitchenaid washer that I was determined to fix without having to buy a new part. After some research, I found that the timer was likely stuck due to a buildup of lint and debris. I decided to start by unplugging the washer and taking off the top panel to access the timer. I then used a vacuum cleaner to clean out all the lint and debris from the timer area. After reassembling the washer, I plugged it back in and turned it on. To my surprise, the timer was working again! I was so relieved that I had been able to fix the timer without having to buy a new part. I was so proud of myself for being able to figure out the problem and fix it on my own. It was a great feeling of accomplishment and I was glad I had saved myself some money in the process.
