I have a Hotpoint washing machine and I’m having trouble draining the water. I’ve tried turning the knob to the drain setting, but it doesn’t seem to be doing anything. I’ve checked the manual and it doesn’t mention anything about draining the water. Does anyone have any advice on how to get the water out of my washing machine? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I remember the day I first realized my Hotpoint washing machine was leaking. I had just finished a load of laundry and noticed water pooling around the base. I was so frustrated.
