how to cycle electrolux ice maker

I’m having an issue with my electrolux ice maker and I’m not sure how to fix it. I’ve read the manual, but it doesn’t seem to be helping. The ice maker is not cycling correctly and I’m not sure what to do. I’ve tried to reset it, but that doesn’t seem to be working either. Does anyone have any advice on how to cycle my electrolux ice maker correctly? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

  1. Hi there!

Thanks for your question about cycling an Electrolux ice maker. I’m an expert on the subject and I’m happy to help.

First, you’ll need to make sure you have all the necessary supplies. You’ll need a Phillips head screwdriver, a flat-head screwdriver, a pair of pliers, and a bucket for catching the water that will be released. Once you have all these items, you can begin cycling the ice maker.

Start by unplugging the appliance from the power source. Then, remove the ice bin and the ice maker cover. Use the Phillips head screwdriver to remove the screws that hold the cover in place. Once the cover is removed, you’ll see the ice maker’s evaporator. Use the pliers to remove the screws that hold the evaporator in place.

Next, you’ll need to locate the water inlet valve. This is usually located on the back of the appliance.
