I have a GE washing machine that I need to clean, but I’m not sure how to do it. I’ve read the manual and it says to use a cleaning solution, but I’m not sure which one to use. Does anyone have any advice on how to clean a GE washing machine? What type of cleaning solution should I use? Are there any tips or tricks that I should be aware of? 1. Unplug the washing machine and turn off the water supply.
2. Remove any clothing and other items from the machine.
3. Wipe down the outside of the washing machine with a damp cloth.
4. Run a hot water cycle with a cup of white vinegar.
5. Run a hot water cycle with a cup of baking soda.
6. Clean the detergent dispenser with a soft cloth and warm, soapy water.
7. Clean the rubber seal around the door with a soft cloth and warm, soapy water.
8. Wipe down the inside of the drum with a soft cloth and warm, soapy water.
9. Leave the door open to allow the machine to dry.
