I have a Hotpoint washing machine and I’m trying to figure out how to check the pump. I’ve looked online and can’t seem to find any information on how to do it. Does anyone have any advice on how to check the pump on a Hotpoint washing machine? I would really appreciate any help or advice anyone can provide. Thank you.

I remember the first time I had to check the pump on my Hotpoint washing machine. I was nervous, but I knew I had to do it. I started by unplugging the machine and taking off the back panel. I then located the pump and checked that it was securely attached. I then checked the hoses to make sure they were connected properly and not leaking. I then checked the filter to make sure it was clean and free of any debris. I then checked the impeller to make sure it was spinning freely. Finally, I checked the belt to make sure it was in good condition and not worn or broken. After I had completed all the steps, I plugged the machine back in and tested it to make sure it was working correctly. I was relieved that it was, and I was proud of myself for having the confidence to do the job.
