how to change motor coupling on hotpoint washing machine

I’m having trouble changing the motor coupling on my Hotpoint washing machine. I’ve looked up the instructions online, but I’m still having trouble. I’m not sure what tools I need to use and I’m worried I’m going to damage the machine if I do something wrong. Does anyone have experience with this and can help me out? Any advice would be much appreciated.
