I recently purchased a GE microwave and I’m having trouble figuring out how to hard reset it. I’ve looked online and tried a few of the methods I’ve found, but nothing seems to be working. To hard reset a GE microwave, first unplug the microwave from the wall outlet. Wait for at least one minute before plugging the microwave back in. Press and hold the “Start” button for at least five seconds. This should reset the microwave.
