how do you fix the hi temp on electrolux refrigerator

I’m having a problem with my Electrolux refrigerator. The high temperature alarm keeps going off, and I’m not sure how to fix it. I’ve tried turning the temperature setting down, but that doesn’t seem to help. I’ve also tried cleaning the condenser coils, but that hasn’t worked either. Does anyone have any advice on how to fix this issue? I’d really appreciate any help I can get. Thanks in advance!
