I recently purchased a Kenmore ice maker and I’m having trouble resetting it. I’ve looked up instructions online, but I’m still having trouble. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong. The representative was really friendly and walked me through the process step-by-step. He explained that I needed to unplug the ice maker, wait a few minutes, and then plug it back in. After I followed his instructions, the ice maker was reset and working perfectly. I’m so glad I called for help, as I would have been lost without it. I’m thankful for the customer service representative’s help and now I know how to reset my Kenmore ice maker if I ever need to in the future.
