hotpoint washing machine making banging noise when spinning

I recently purchased a Hotpoint washing machine and it has been making a loud banging noise when it is spinning. I’m not sure what the issue is, but it’s causing a lot of disruption in my home. I’m wondering if anyone else has had this issue and if so, what did you do to fix it? I’m hoping to get some advice from people who have experience with this type of problem so I can find a solution. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
