frigidaire electrolux gallery series cooktop – how to unlock oven

I have a Frigidaire Electrolux Gallery Series cooktop and I’m having trouble unlocking the oven. I’ve tried pressing the lock button, but it doesn’t seem to work. I’m not sure what else to do and I’m hoping someone can help me out. Does anyone have any advice on how to unlock the oven? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
